PauCubarsí

The defensive ranks of the DLS 26 World Winners collection are bolstered by the arrival of Pau Cubarsi, released immediately after the thrilling conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This highly exclusive eight-player promo honors champions from three historic eras: Spain (2026), Argentina (2022), and France (2018). Available exclusively via the Legendary Agent with a guaranteed featured player every 15 draws, this 85-rated center-back card offers managers a prime opportunity to recruit one of the most promising defensive talents in world football.

Cubarsi earned this special edition card following a sensational 2026 World Cup campaign where the teenage prodigy anchored Spain’s backline all the way to their historic title. Demonstrating composure far beyond his years, his elite ball-playing ability and precise line-breaking passes were fundamental to Spain's possession-based system. His defensive maturity, flawless timing, and ability to handle immense pressure were crucial during La Roja's intense knockout run, ultimately shutting down the opposition in the grand finale to secure global glory.

In DLS 26, this 85-rated Cubarsi card redefines the modern ball-playing center-back. Standing at 183 cm with a preferred right foot, his defensive fundamentals are staggering, highlighted by a massive 94 Tackling and a robust 89 Strength to easily dispossess elite attackers. Unlike traditional bruising defenders, he excels in transition with an exceptional 84 Passing and 84 Control, allowing managers to safely build out from the back. Combined with a highly respectable 83 Speed to track runners and 83 Stamina to last the full 90 minutes, he is a flawless, dynamic defender for any possession-heavy tactical setup.
