Pierre-EmerickAubameyang

The Cult Heroes event is a special promotional card tier in Dream League Soccer 2026, spotlighting legendary players remembered for iconic career moments rather than current club form. These cards will arrive through the upcoming Season Pass track, meaning players will likely need to progress through pass tiers or complete in-game milestones to unlock them, rather than pulling them from standard packs. Alongside Aubameyang, names like Paulo Dybala, David de Gea, Lorenzo Insigne, and Hakim Ziyech have surfaced in early leak lists, pointing to a nostalgia-driven lineup built around fan-favorite performances from past seasons.

Aubameyang's Cult Heroes card is built around his 2016-17 season at Borussia Dortmund, arguably the most explosive scoring run of his career. He finished that Bundesliga campaign with 31 league goals in just 32 appearances, claiming the Torjägerkanone as the league's top scorer and matching a club away-goals record along the way. His blistering pace and clinical finishing during this period made him one of the most feared forwards in Europe, a reputation this card is clearly designed to recreate through its attacking-focused stat profile.

On the card itself, that real-life explosiveness translates directly into the numbers: a 93 SPE and 92 ACC pairing that ranks among the fastest forward combinations in the DLS 26 database, backed by a standout 94 SHO that edges out even his headline speed stats. Control sits at a fluid 85, letting him carry those bursts of pace into clean finishes, while 79 PAS keeps him more of a pure finisher than a link-up forward. The trade-off is defensive contribution, with TACKLING at just 34 confirming this card is built purely to attack, not track back — exactly the profile you'd expect from a striker who spent a season doing little else but scoring.
